Thank you for choosing ClowHealth. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We want to keep things simple and transparent for our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders (unless a specific premium expedited option is selected at checkout).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, your package will typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • The moment your order leaves our fulfillment facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

ClowHealth is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at support@clowhealth.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can assist you with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately, and we will try our best to update it before fulfillment begins.
